Article 1: Acceptance, Definition, and Modifications
1.1. Acceptance: By placing an order or using the services of SouqFollow (referred to as "The Platform" or "The Site"), you automatically accept and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions, whether read or not. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
1.2. Service Definition: SouqFollow provides Social Media Marketing (SMM Panel) services intended to boost your account's "Digital Appearance." Services include, but are not limited to, the sale of followers, likes, views, and subscriptions.
1.3. Modifications: We reserve the absolute right to modify or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The user is responsible for regularly reviewing the terms to ensure they are up to date with any changes.
Article 2: Nature of Services and Transparency
2.1. Purpose of Service: SouqFollow services are solely to promote your social account and help boost its "Appearance" and "Digital Presence" only.
2.2. Artificial Nature: We affirm that the followers, likes, and views provided are artificial interactions or for marketing purposes and do not necessarily represent genuine individuals or organic engagement, unless explicitly stated otherwise (e.g., "100% Real Followers") in the service name or description. We guarantee only the number paid for.
2.3. FTC Compliance: SouqFollow adheres to the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) guidelines for transparency and advertising. We do not support or encourage deceptive practices, including misrepresenting purchased engagement as organic interaction.
Article 3: Liability and Limitations
3.1. Self-Responsibility: You agree that your use of the Platform and our services is entirely at your own risk.
3.2. Social Platform Compliance: You agree to use SouqFollow in a manner that fully follows all agreements and Terms of Service of the individual social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
3.3. Disclaimer of Liability:
- SouqFollow is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages you or your business may suffer as a result of using our services.
- SouqFollow is in no way liable for any account suspension, content deletion, or account ban executed by social media platforms.
Article 4: Deposit (Wallet Funding) and Refund Policy
4.1. Deposits are Non-Refundable: All wallet funding operations are final and non-refundable. There is no way to reverse a deposit once completed. Funds must be used to purchase services from SouqFollow only.
4.2. Disputes and Chargebacks: You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason. Should you file a dispute, we reserve the right to:
- Terminate all your current and future orders.
- Permanently ban your account from the Platform.
- Take away any followers or likes previously delivered to your or your client's account.
Article 5: Order and Guarantee Policy
5.1. Required Information: All targeted accounts must be Public throughout the order execution period. You are responsible for providing a correct URL link. Orders submitted with incorrect links or for private accounts will not be eligible for refund or refill.
5.2. Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled if they are in the "Pending" status. Orders that have entered the "In Progress" status cannot be canceled.
5.3. Order Conflict: Submitting more than one order for the same URL simultaneously is not allowed. You must wait for the first order to be completed before placing a second, and conflicting orders will not be compensated.
5.4. Guarantee and Refill (Anti-Drop):
- A refill/anti-drop guarantee is provided for a specific period (e.g., 7 days, 30 days, or 365 days) on high-quality services only, as explicitly stated in the service description.
- Services without an explicit refill period are not refillable even if they face a 100% drop.
- We reserve the right to change the service type if we deem it necessary to complete the order successfully.
Article 6: Privacy, Security, and Prohibited Conduct
6.1. Security and Privacy: SouqFollow does not ask for or store your social media account password. We ensure the highest levels of privacy for your information.
6.2. Prohibited Conduct:
- You are prohibited from uploading any material to our site including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the digital community.
- Any malicious or abusive actions, including attempts at fraud or using unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will lead to the immediate termination and permanent ban of your account without any refund of the remaining balance.
